RESOLUTION NO. 40 \VHE~ it is to the best interests of the People of Jefferson County that the. portion 9f the Secondary Highway system of Jefferson County known as the West Unoas road, be:improved under the,Secondary Highway Specifications, and WHEBEAS, the Public Interests of the People of Jefferson County demand the improve- ment of ~aid highway, and ~VHEEEAS the present condition of the West Uncas road is unsuitable to meet the, traffic demands, and I I -- \v.HEREAS it is necessary to reshape portions of said road, being of a Special. Maintenance nature BE ~T THEREFORE RESOLVED that the West Uncas road from its intersection with, State Road #9, at Discovery Bay, thence in a southeasterly direction an approximate distance ,of one mile, be improved under the provisions of Chapter 111, of the Laws of 1935= .
