of the Projeot upon oompleti~n, as datermined by tho Federal Emergenoy Administrator
of Publio Works, but not to exoeed, in any event, the sum of $19;000.

the Government's offer and made a part thereof.
Section 3. That the Auditor of the County of Jefferson be and he is hereby auth-
orized and directed forthwith to send to the Federal Emergency Administration of Public

ceedings of this Special Meeting in cOiuiection with the adoption of ~his Resolution, and
such further documents or proofs in connection with the acceptance of said offer as may
be requested by the Federal Emergency Administntion 'of Public Works.
