RESOLUTION NO. 42 VffiEREAS, Jefferson County has entered into an agreement with the F~deral Emer- genoy Administration of Publio Works, United States of Amerioa, relative tO,a grant toward the oonstruotion of Seoondary Road Projeot #14, P. W. A. Dooket No. Washington 1160, and WHEREAS the Board of County Ccmmis~ioners haD oalled foX' the oonstruction of the named p~oject, and WHEREAS acoording to the'Rul~s and Regulations P. W. A.
