On Motion, duly seconded, the Board adjourned at 4 o'olook, P. M., to meet on
Wednesday, November 6, 1935, at 10 o'clook, A. M.

the Board.

VffiEREAS, Jefferson County has entered into an agreement with the F~deral Emer-
genoy Administration of Publio Works, United States of Amerioa, relative tO,a grant
toward the oonstruotion of Seoondary Road Projeot #14, P. W. A. Dooket No. Washington
1160, and
WHEREAS the Board of County Ccmmis~ioners haD oalled foX' the oonstruction of the
named p~oject, and
WHEREAS acoording to the'Rul~s and Regulations P. W. A. Form 179 it is neoessary
for Jefferson County to set up a separate aooount he~oin oolluu~iv~ly oal~d tho
