The following Resolution was, on Motion, duly seconded, unanimously adopted
by the Board.
RESOLUTION NO. 53
WHEREAS, it appe~rs to the Beard of County Commissioners of Jefforson County,
.Washington, that it is to the best interests of the said county and the people thereof
