with all members presont.
Communioation from Lewis & Churoh enolosing olaim of Arthur W. Cays for $83.46
for damages arising fram running into a grader owned by Jefferson Cou~ty, was received
and rellld.
After due con=idoration by the Board it was, on motion, duly seoonded, o~de~8d
that the olaim ot Arthur W. Cays for $83,46 be re3eoted.

oontemplated road building in Township 28 North, Range 1 East, W. M., was on motion,
