with all members present.
On Motion, duly socPnded, it was ordered that the following Reso~ution be
adopted.

.RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF JEFFERSON COUNTY,
WASHINGTON.
wnEREAS Jefferson County 18 the reoord owner of Lots 19 and 20 of Block 2,
W. J. Worthington's Addition to Quiloene and
WHEREAS in the improvement ot $tate ROlld NOe 9 by the state of Washington, De-
partment of Highways, it i8 neoessary for the State to Acquire a portion of said lots
for the right of ws.y for said State Road No. 9 and
WHEREAS after oareful exam1r.~tlon and study of the situation, it appears to the

State of Washington and Jefferson County if Jefferson County should oonvey said lands
to the St~te of Washington.
