It being the time and place for the hearing on the application of Puget Sound Power
& Light Company for a Franchise, and all the statutes having been complied with, it was
on Motion by Mr. Cousens, Seconded by Mr. Horby, Ordered that the following Franchise
to Puget Sound rower & Light Company be granted, Mr. Lockhart voting :lio for the reason
