North, Range lEast, W. M.; thence South 1980 feet, more or less.
An Dnnamed County Road beginning at its interseotion with County Road No. 26 B at a
point 660 feet, more or l'8s, North of the East-West center. line of Sections , and 6,
Township 29 North, Range 1 Bast, W. M., thence East to its intersection with the boundary
of Olson and Hambleton's Addition to Port lambleton in said Section 4.
An unnamed CountT Road beginning at its intersection with the SoutheAst corner of
the Glennan Improvement Company's Aoreage Traots in Section 29, Township 30 North, Range
1 East, Wo M., thence East to its interseotion with County Road No. 26C.

This franchise 18 gl'anted upon the following terms and oonditions.
In all places where said roads aro forty (40) feet in width, the polee and equip~ent
for such tranamission line shall be.maintained at least sixteen (16) foet from the oenter
of aaid road, and in all cases where said roads are sixty (60) feet in width, said poles

Whenever any of said rgads shall be changed by ordur
of the Board of County Commissioners, said grantee agrees, upon sixty (60) days' notioe
in \Ild!ting of suoh change, to chamge its transmission line::: to conform to said changes
in said roads, at its o~n expanse.
Whenever the County of Jefferson desires to remove or destroy any tree or stump
standing or being on any part of the said roads or highways, along or upon whioh any
of said poles or "1~es are oonatr-uoted, Or being maintained, it may do 80 by blasting

with powter o~ some other explosive substanoe, notwithstanding the possible danger to
said poles or wires thereby; provided, however, that reasonable notice of intention of
ao doing ahall be given to the puget Sound Power & Light Company, its suooessors or
assigns, in order that it or they may take steps to properly oare for and protect ~~e
said poles or wires or the servioe thareby be1ng performed.
Said grantee agrees to hold the County of Jefferson harmloss and tree of all ooots an
exponse by reason ot aooidents e~periencad or oauaed by the cOfistruot1on or operation of
said tranam1ssion linos. And ~aid grantee agrees to hold .the said county of Jefferson
