WHEREAS, it appears to the Beard of County Commissiona~8 for Jefferson County

lands and premises of the said County of Jefferson, State of Wushington, aoquired by
Deed aould be sold.
NOW, THEREFORE, the 9th day of September, 1936, at the hour of 2 P. M., in the
Commissioners' Room in the Court House in the City of Port Townsend, Jefferson County,
Wash1r~ton, has been set as the time and place for the hearing of testimony as to the
