Subjeot to the Rules and Regulations (PWA Form No. 179, as amendea. to date) whloh
are made a part hereof, the United StAtes of Amer10a hereby offers to ai~ in finanoing
the oonstruotion of ~provements to Center-Dabob Road (known as Jefferson County Seo-
ondary Road Pr03eot No. 16) including aoquisl~10n of nooessary land (herein called the
"Pro3eot) by making a grant to Jefferson County, State or Washington, in the amount of
45 peroent of the oost of the projeot upon completion, as determined by the Federal
Emergency Administrator of Public Works, but not to exoeed, in any event, the sum of
$14,296.

It is hereby covenanted that work on the project described in the Offer will be
commenced by October 1, 1935; that the work will be planned so that it will reach a
substantial peak before January'l, 1937 and that theproject will be oompleted by Ootober

Sectlon 3. That the Auditor of Jefferson County be and he is hereby authorized ~d
directed forthwith to send to the Federal Emergenoy Administration of Public Works three
certified copies of this flosolution and three oertified oopies of the prooeedings or
this Speoi~l M~et1ng in aonnect1oti w1th the adoption cf this Ro~01ution, &nd such forther
documents or proofs in oonneat10n with the aooev~anoo of B~1d off 01' Q3 may be requested
