The Honorable Board of County Commissioners met in the Gommission,rs' Room in the
County Courb HOU8G at Port Townsend, on the above named date, at the hour of 10 o'olook,

Presont. Messrs. S. Lookhart, Ohairman, Roy L. Nordby and J. R. Cousens.
The Minutes of the August, 19~6, Sessione read and approved.
Messrs. H. C. Oersted and J. L. Zimmerman of Brinnon, appeared before the Board
and requested that the part of the Bl~ok Point Road running through their property be

vaoated. Mr. W. J. Daly appeared tor Mrs. Wilson and Mrs. Sweeney to protest the va-
oat1on of Said rOad.
On motion, duly seoonded, it was ordered that the portion of the old road over Mr.
Oersted's and Mr. Zimmerman's properties be vaoated.
It was moved by Mr. Cousens that the Black Point Road be extended to the Sweeney
Property, provided that the oabins on her property be moved; it being mutually agreed

No action taken until a survey is made by County Engineer.
It being the time and place for the hearing on the advisability of the sale of

quired by the County of Jefferson, State of Washington by Deed, and the Board finding
that its Notice of Intention to make suoh sale has been given in the manner and for the
time required by law, and no taxpayer in the County appearing to object to the making
of suoh sale, now, therefore,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the sale of the above desoribed real estate be made, and
that the Auditor for Jefferson County give notice of such sale in the manner prescribed
by Section 4008, Remington's Compiled Statutes, that suoh sale bo mad~ by the Sheriff
of Jefferson COltr.ty by public auotion and at the door of tho Court House of the County,
to the highest and best bidder, that the Treasurer of Jefferson County attend suoh
aale and receive tho prooeeds of the same and designate the terms relative to the payment
