and requented .that a reduotion be made in the valuation of timber for the reason that
a great 'deal had been destroyed by fire. Mr. Dewey Webster stated that he had been
requested by the Board to examine the property and repor,ted that fi~e had destroyed
the t~ber as 'described by the Company. On Motion, duly seconded, it was recommended
tha~ $12Q0.00 ~e deducted from the E. K. Wood Lumber Company taxes for the timber
d6B-troyed~
Mr. T. B. Balch, Brinnon, petiti~ned ror an Easement over the NEt of the SWt of
Section 3, Township 25 North, Range 2 West, W. M., for a water pipe line, and on mo-
tion, duly seconded, the Easement was granted.
On Motion, duly seconded, the Board adjourned at 5 o'Clock, ~. M., to meot on
Friday, September 11th, 1936, at the hour of 10 o'Clock, A. M.

The Board reconvened on the above named date at the hour of 10 O'Clock, A. M.,
with all members present.
On Motion, duly seconded, the following Resolutions were unanimously adopted.
RESOLUTION NO. 78
WHEREAS the contraot for Seoondary Road Project #19 set the time limit f.or oom-
pletloll July 20, ldo6,
WHEREAS the oontractor, J. F. Forbes, Olympia, Washington, made a formal request
for an ~xtens1on of time not to 6~oeed 30 days,
BE IT THERE~ORE RESOLVED that We, the Board of County Conmissioners do hereby
grant J. F. Forbes an extension of time on said oontract for a period not exeeeding
30 days from tho date of oompletion as BO stated within th6 oontraot.
