..The Honorable Board of County Commissioners met in Regular Session in the Com-
missioners' Room in the C~xnty Court House at Port Townsend, Washington, on the above
named date at the hour of 10 o'olock, A. M.
Present: Messrs. S. Lockhart, Chairman,. Roy L. Nordby and J. R. Cousens.
Minutes of the September, 1936p Sessions, read and approved.
Mrs..H. H. Hiles. appeared before the Board and requested approval of the granting
of a Beer License at her place next to Tooker's,Disoovery Bay. On Motion, duly seconded,

approval was granted.
Letter fro~ William Worthington, Special Representative of the Pacific Protective
Society, requesting.re-i~bursement tor the care of a delinquent child in the sum of
$200.60, and letter from the Prosecuting Attorney stating in substance that Jefferson
County was not liable for the claim, was on Motion, duly seconded, ordered that the
olaim bs rejected.

On Motion, duly seconded, the claim of R. W. Robison for Medical care and Hos-
pitalization of J. J. O'Donnell, was ordered rejected.
On Motion, duly seconded, the County Engineer was ordered to Post signs on the

No Rction was taken on a letter from Thorwald J. Gabrielson requesting Board to
use its influence to allow Shingle Mill Owners to haul cedar over a state Forestry
Road, .and letter from Geo. Donahue in regard to the removal of wings on the main barn
on his property at Brinnon.
Miss Helen Kinkaid appeared before the Board and agreed to supplement County In-
digent Cases with clothing from Production stock, when it is falt necessary to do so.
. . On motion, duly seconded, the Board adjourned to meet on Wednesday, October 8,
1936, at 10 o'Clock, A. M.
