On motion, duly seoonded, the following Resolution was adopted.
Resolution No. 80
WBBREAS, it. is to the best intorests. of the People of Jefferson County, that the
South Shore Quaets River road be oonneoted to the North Shore of the Queots River by
a bridge, and
WIiEREAS, the Publio Interests of the Pe$ple of Jefferson County demand suoh tm-
provement, and
BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED that a suspension bridge be construoted in Lots 2,.3,
Seotion 24, Twp. 24 N. R. 12 West and that suoh improvement be vnder the provisions
of Chapter 111 of the Law~ of 1935.

budget appropriation ror the Current Expense Fund in the Sheriff's Office for

Prisoners is now exhausted, and that it is necessary that Rn 1w~ed1ete epprop=
riation of money.be made for tha foregoing purpose~ and that a pUblic emergency now

exists, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners for Jefferson County, Wash-
ington, in regular session assembled, that there is and hereby is appropriated for the
item Board of Prisoners, Sheriff's Department, Current Expense Fund, the swu of $350.00,
and the County Auditor of Jefferson County be, and he is hereb.r authorized to issue
Emergenoy Warrants upon said Current Expense Fund not exceeding the foregoing sum, upon
the presentation.of properly approved vouchers.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that said appropriation having for its purpose the meeting
of mandatory expenditures required by law, the said County Auditor ~e, and ~a 10 here-
n by authorized to ~ake the necessary expanditu~ea to moot such emergency without further
notioe or hearing.
