Present. Meosrs. S. Lookhart, Chairman, Roy L. Nordby and J. R. Cousens.

named and dedicated on November 11, 1936.
After due consideration it was, on Motion by Mr. Nordby, Seoonded by Mr. Cousens,
ordered that the said Playf1eld be named "Jefferson Field"; that it be dedicated on
Tuesday, November 11, 1936, and that a committee of three be appointed to handle the
active affairs of said J~fferson Field, said committee to consist of one member appointed
by the Board. of County Commissioners, one member by the Directors of SChool Distriot

No. OS, and one to be selected by the two members as mutually agreed upon.
Monthly Report of the County Health Officer received and ordered placed on f1le.
Various Communications from the Director of Highways received, noted and ordered
placed on file.
On Motion, duly Seconded, the Board adjourned to meet on Wadnesday, November 4,
1936, at 10 o'clock, A. M.
Wednesday; November 4, 1936.
The Board. reconvened on the above named date at the hour of 10 o'clock, A. M.,
with all members present.
On Motion, duly Seconded, the t'ollowing Resolution was unanirn.ously adopted.
RESOLUTrON No. 83.
WHEREAS, it now appears to the BOard o~ County Commisaioners of Jefferson County,
that the Budget Appropriations for the Current Expense Fund 1n the f.ollowing Depart-
ment; is now exnausted; and that it is necessary that an 1~~ediato appropriation of
money be mad~ for tho pur'poses heroinafter sot forth, and that a pUblic emergency
now 0x1~ts for. that purpoBe, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissionors of Jofferson County, Washu
1ngtol1, in regular session assombled, that thel'e is and hereby i.s appropriated for
the Current Expenne Fund tho sum of Two Hundred Dollars, apportioned as follows.
COUNTY AUDITOR.

For Isauing Auto Lioensos and Tabulating Election Returns
$200.00
and the CountY.Auditor of Jefferson County be. and he is hereby authorized to issue
Emergenoy Warrants upon said Current Expense Fund not exoeeding the detailed amounts
no aforesaid.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that oaid appropriation having for its purpose the moet-
ing of mnndnto~y expenditures required by law, the said County Auditor be, and he is
noro~y nuthQrlzed to make tho nooessary expendituros to moot such ~mergenoies without.
