JEFFERSON COUNTY
and for the time required by law; and no taxpayer in the County appearing to object to
the making of such sale, now, therefore:
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the sale of the above mentioned real estate, be made; and
that the Auditor for Jefferson County give notioe of such sale in the manner prescribed
by Seotion 4008, Remington's Compiled Statutes; that such sale be made by the Sheriff of
Jefferson County by pUblio auction and at the door of the Court House of the County, to
the highest and best bidder; that the Treasurer of Jefferson County attend such sale and
~eoeive the proceeds of the same and designate the ter-ms relative to payment thereof.
