RESOLUTION NO. 3
WHEREAS, it is to the best interests of the People of Jefferson County that the
portion of the Secondary Highway System of Jeff~rson County: kncwn as the Ncrdland
road, be improved under the Secondary Highway SpeCifications, and
\VHEREAS, the Public Interedts of the People of Jefferson County demand the im-
provemlmt of soJ,d highway,
BE IT TllliREFORE RESOLVED that the Nordland Road beginning at a point 2120 feet
south and 60 feet east of the section corner common to Sections 28, 29, 32, and 33,
Twp. 30 N. R. 1 E., W. M., thence in a northwestel'ly direction an approximate distance
of two miles, be improved under the provisions of Chapter 111 of the Laws of 1935.
