M. Present: Messrs. S. Lockhart, Chairman,and J. R. Cousens. The Minutes of the January, 1937, SeSSions, ~ead and approved. Monthly Reports of the Cou.~ty Health Officer end County Nurse received ~,d ordered placed on file. . Mayor Harry Hirtzler, and Councilmen W. S. Lafferty and Paul Sather met with the Board for a general discussion of Port Townsend street affiars. On Motion, duly Seconded, it was ordered that the County Assessor' list all the dogs and owners ther<<f outside of the corporate limits of the City of Port'ToYnwend, Washington, as provided under Chapter 95, Par. 1, Session Laws of 1935, for the year 1937, and t~~t the Clerk of the Board so notify the Co~,ty Treasurer. On Motion, duly Seconded, the following Resolution was adopted: RESOLUTION NO. 4 WllEI'U;;AS, It 8.PP,;,il.hl GO the Board of County Oommissioners of Jefferson County, Wash~ ir~ton, that it is to the best interests 0f the said county and the people thereof that the hereinafter described real estate, lands and premises acquired and owned by said County by virtue of Tax foreclosure sales should be sold.
