A resolution authorizing the County of Jefferson, state of Washington to file
an application to the United states of America through the Federal Emergency Admin-
istration of Public Works fOl' a grant to aid in financing the CClustI'uction of Sec-

ondary Road Project No. 23, Unit 1 and Unit 2, comprising the application of a Light
Bituminous Surface Treatment of 5.342 miles of City Streets City of Port Tovmsend, the
application of a Retread Bituninous Surface on 6.37 miles of Port Tovmsend,-Port
Ludl~w Road, the application of a Non-Skid Seal Treatment of 4.81 miles, Chima cum
to Quilcene road and the application of a Light Bitunlmous Surface Treatment on 11.44
miles of the Chima cum to Quilcene road, and designating W. A. Bugge, County Engineer
