JEFFERSON COUNTY
On Motion, duly seconded, the Board adjourned to meet on Tuesday, May 4, 1937,
at 10 o'clock,' A. M.
Tuesday, May 4, 1937.
The Boartt reconvened on the above named date at the hour of 10 o'clock, A. M.,
with all members present.
County Health Officers Monthly Report received and ordered placed on file.
Petition frQm Mr: Vi. A. Buhtz, Route 1, Hcqul::m, Wasr.1ngtcn, a1g..ed by 26 other l'es-
identB~ requesting the County to secure right of way over certain private lands in the
Clearwater River District, received and ordered placed on file.
Communication from the Bogachiel Valley Improvement Olub requesting work to be
started on the Upper Bogachiel River Road, received, and referred to ~lgineer.
Petition ~rom 40 residents of Western Jefferson County reqtesting the appointment,
of a County Agent was received and considered. On Motion, duly seconded, it was
ordered that the request be denied for the reason that at the Special Election held on
September 8, 1936, the voters decided that a County Agent be not 'appointed.
On Motion, duly seconded, the Timber on the swi of the NEt of SEt, Section 21,
Township 28 Horth, Range 1 East, was sold to Mrs.' A. C. Kelm for :~25.00.
