On Motion, duly seoonded, it was ordered that the Bid of the Washington Asphalt
Company, Seattle, Washington:r of '31~067.38, being the lowest a~d beat subm1ttad, be
acoepted.
Mr. W. J. Daly appeared before the Board and requested that the Prosecuting
Attorney be authorized to stipulate with him as the Attorney for Dan Chj,sholm to set
ac1do certain Daeda given by Mr. Chisholm to the County of Jefferson, State of Wash-
ington, in consideration for care and hospitalization during the remainder of his life.
After discussion it was regularly moved, seconded and crdored that the requGst for
stipulation be not granted.
On Motion, duly seconded, the Board adjourned to meet on Monday, June 7, 1937,
