Letter from the Dirootor of Highways approving supplemental agreement with contractor
of Seoondary Road Projeot No. 23, Unit 2, Jefferson County, ~eoeived and ordered placed
on file.
On Motion, duly seoonded, it was unanimously ordered that Lot 1, Section 331 TOVnl-
ship 31 North~ Rs.~o 1 West, W. M., (all of Seeley's Auuition to Fowler Park), be leased
to the, United states Ar.my for a period of 1 year, from July 1, 1937, to June 30, 1938"
for a rental of $1.00.
On Motion, duly Seoonded, the Board adjourned to attend the funeral of the late
Deputy Treasurer, C~ptain Raymond J. Kessey, ~~d to meet on Thursday, August 5, 1937, at
10 o'Clock, A. M.
