On Motion, duly seconded, the fOllowing Resolution was unanimously adopted:

~~REAS, it appears to the Board of County Commissioners of Jefferson County,
Washington, that it is to the best interests of the said county and the people there-
of that the hereinafter described real estate, lands an~ premises acquired E ld o\v.ned
by s~id County by virtue of Tax foreclosure sales shOUld be sold.
