Be It Therefore Resolved that th~ Keymes to Port Townsend road beginning at its
interseotion with state Road #9 in the N~ m~} ~~i Section ~3, ~vp. 30 H., R. 1 W., W.
M., thenoe in a northwesterly direction an approximate distanoe of one and one half
miles be improved under the provisions of Chapter 187, Session Laws of 1937.

resource and revenue losses probable with the creation of the proposed "Wallgren Bill"
