Cottmlunication from Jmmes Lamb tendering his resignation as Acting Administrator
of Jefferson County, effective November 14, 1937, was on Motion, duly Seconded, accepted.
Communication from Ludlow Poultry Club expressing their thnnks for provisions made
for n County AGent, received and ordered placed on file.

The Board reconvened on the above named do. to at tho hour of 10 0' clock, A. M.,
with all members present.

ment were received and considered by the Board. Officials of the Department boing
present during the day, Quarterly Budgets, Hospitalization, Old Age Assistance and other
important subjects wore discussed, after which, on Motion, duly Seconded, it was orde:red
that the Board accept the invitation of the State Board of Cou..ty Commissio~ers to
attend the meeting to be held in Olympia, Washington, on Friday, November 5, 1937.
