Whereas due to unforseen weather conditions in the HOh Distriot, known as Road
Distriot No.2, that have caused an undue amount of road repair work, and
Whereas it has boen necessary to expend an inoreased &mount of money, to meet
the emergenoies caused by flood Qondition~i
Be It Therefore Resolved that we, the BOaI'd of County Commissioners, do hereby
authorize, an expenditure of money over and above the budgeted amount, to meet suoh
emergencyo
