RESOLUTION NO. 37.
WHEREAS, it appears to the Board of County Commissioners of Jefferson County, Wash-
ington, that it is to the best interasts of the said county and the people thereof that
the hereinafter desoribed real estate, lands and premises aoquired and owned by said
County by virtue of Tax foreclosure sales should be sold.
NOW THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that all the hereinafter described real estate, lands
and premises are to be sold in the manner presoribed by law, all of the lands, real
estate and premises lying and being in th~ County of Jefferson and more particularly
described as follows, to-wit:
Lot 7, Block 24, Plummer's Addition to the City 0f Port Tm/nsend, (Tax 95). Min-
inum prioe $400.00.
