JEFFERSON COUNTY
Whereas, subsequent to the assess~ent on whioh the aforesaid Tax Deed wns based,
the United states Oadastral Engineer, with office in the City of Olympia, Washington, has
advised that the said Lot 2 extends North to the Quarter Seotion oorner in said Seotion 9,
instead of to the median point betv/een said Quarter Seotion oorner and the South East
oorner of said Section,9, therebr including oertain other lands upon \~1oh no taxes were
delinquent or foreolosable, and the aforesaid Tax Deed thereby beoame a oloud upon the

title to said other land6;
Now; Therefore; for tho purpose of removing the aforesaid oloud upon the title to
said lands upon whioh no taxes were delinquent or fore closable, the BOARD OF, COUN'l'Y COIJ-
MISSIO~fERS OF THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSAON; STATE OF WASHINGTON; does hereby disclaim; for and
on behalf of the said County of Jefferson, any and all right, title and interest, under
the aforesaid Tax Deed, in and to the following described real property, to-wit:
All that part of Lot 2, of Section 9, in Township 26 North, R~e 1 West, W. M.,
which lies North of the median line betwoen the South line of the aforesa1d Section 9
and the East and West.Quarter-seoti~n line of said Section 9; otherwise described as the
Northerly 20 chains, in width, of the aforesaid Lot 2, acoording to U. S. government
survey.
Dated at Port Townsend, Washington, this 7th day of March, 1938.

County Hesolutlon No. 35 for the jmprovemont of city streets according to county
road speoifioa.tions was approved by the Director of Highways and to be kno\'m as County
Road Project No.3.
