RESOLUTION NO~ 40
WHEREAS the'D1reotors 01' SOhool Distriot #43 requeoted that Jefferson County
oooperate in n program of regarding end beautIfying the sohool grounds 01' the Port,
TO\VDSend Publlo Soh6ole, and
WlIEP.EAS the 'Board of CO!.1.lity Commissioners authol"lzed Q prnjeot involving the regrad-
of
Ing/the sohool grounds, and
WHEREAS the -expense of suoh work t!as to be paid thru warrants issued from Sohool
DistrIot #43 funds, and
\iHEREAS to 'defray the monies expended from said Sohool Distriot fund it 1s
neoessary to tranofer a sum equivalent to the oost of the projeot from the Federal
Forest Reserve Fund to SOhool Distriot #43 Fund,
BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED that the County Treasurer transfer from the Federal
Foreot Ftmd the sum 01' $727.17 to Sohool District #43 Fund.
