The Board reoonvened on the above named date with ell members presents.
The following Recolutiona were unanimously adopted by the Board:, .
WHEREAS Miles E. Brown, De~uty Sheriff 01' Jefferson County Washington is the
o\v.ner of one Oldsmobile Touring Coupe, Serial No. TKl17808, Motor No. L220l39, Lioense
No. Y-718, which car is used in connection with his work as Deputy Sheriff'. That
said car is also used by his wife Maxine Brown, and
wEEREAS the said Miles Brown is desirous 01' having his Motor Vehicle classed as
an emergenoy vehicle,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED That the above mentioned motor vehicle is used and operated
by the said Brown in connection with his official duties as Deputy She~iff~ and it is
hereby recommended that he be granted a permit to operate s&me as an emergenoy vehicle.

\v.HEREAS, it appears to tho Board 01' County Commissioners 01' Jefferson County, Wash-
ington, that it is to tho best interests of the said county and the people thereof
that the hereinafter desoribed reel estate, lands and premises acquired and owned by said
County by virtue of Tax foreclosure sales should be sold.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED t~~t all the hereinafte~ described real estate, lands
and premises are to be sold in the manner presoribed by law, all 01' the lands, real
