The Honorable Board of County Commissioners met in Speoial Session in the
Commiaalonors' Room in the County Court H~use at Port Townsend, Washington, on the
above n~~ed date at the hour of 10 o'olook, A. M.
Presont: Messrs. S. Lookhart, Chairman, Roy L. Nordby and J. R. Cousens.
It being the time an4 plaoe for reoeiving Bids for the oonstruotlon of County
Road Projeot NO.4, Jefferson County, Washington; and all the Statutes having been
oomplied with, Proposals were reoeived from the following and opened:
