The follmving Resolutions were unanimously adopted by the Board:
RESOLUTION NO. 45
WHEHEAS: A oertain road known as the "Blaok Point Road" was oonstruoted aCl'OIHl the
property of H. C. Oerstad and wife, looated thru T~c No.7, Section 14, Tovn1ship 25 North,
Range 2 West, W. M., and title thereto has not been aoquired by the County of Jefferaon,
State of Washington;
MiD \TImRE^S: The said road has been used as a county road for about seven years;
AND WHEI\EAS: Said Portion of the "Black Point Road" has been abandoned by Jefferson
County, State of Washington;
TI:iEnEFOHE; BE IT RXiSOLVED: That we, the BO!lrd of County Commissioners for Jofferoon
County, State of Washington, do hereby waive any right, title or interest they may have
in the said COWlty road across said Tax No.7, Section 14, Township 25 North, Range 2
West, W. Ii., situated in Jefferson COUnty, State of Washington.

taken over and is maintaining said county roads as State Highways, mad
