The Honorable Board 01' County Commissioners met in regular Session in the Com-
missIoners' Room in the County Court House at'Port Townsend, WaShIngton, on the above
named date, at the hour of 10 o'olook, A. M.
Present: Messrs. S. Lookhart, Chair.man, Ro~ L. Nordby and J. R. Cousens.
The Minutes of the June, 1938, SessIons read and approved.
