WHEREAS, the Board 01' County Commissioners of Jefferson County, Washington, for
tho health and safety of its oitizens, gave Notioe as provided by Law, proof of whioh
is among the reoords of the Cou-~ty Comm1sstoners proceedings 1n tho Aud1tor'~ Of'fico
of Jefferson Oounty, that ~pon the hearing of said Notioe mentioned, on the 6th dny
