The Honorable Board of County Commissioners met in the Commissioners' Room in
the County Court House at Port To\vnsend on the above named date at the hour or 10
o'clook, A. M.
Present: ~essrs. S. Lockhart, Chairman, Roy L. Nordby and J. R. Cousens.

The following Resolution was unanimously adopted:
RESOLUTION NO. 52.
i~iEIlliAS, It appears to the Board of County Comnissioners o~ Jefferson County, Wash-
ington, that it is to the best interests or the said County and the people thereof,
that the hereinafter described timber aoquired and owned by the said County by virtue
of Tax foreclosure sales should be sold,
NOW, T~REFO~, IT ~S OIZDERED that the hereinafter desoribed timber be sold in the
manner described by law; the said timber being on lands in the County of Jefferson, and
more particu~arly described as follows:
NW* of the swi, Section 27; ~TE* of the SEt, swt of the SEt, the SEi of the SEt, in
Section 28, and the lWIi- of the NE-i- of Section 33, all being in Township 27 North, Range
2 West, W. M.
The minimum pride at the rate of 1 cent per foot for Piling, and 75 cents per thou-
