On Motion, duly seoonded, the Board adjourned to meet on Tuesday, August 2,
1938, at 10 o'clook; A. M.
TuesdR1, August 2, 1938.
The Board reoonvened on the above nmned date at the hour of 10 o'olock, Ao M., with
all members present.
Communio~tion from the Direotor of Highways approving Resolution No. 51, inoreasing
the appropriation for Road Project NO.3, to $3433.36, reoeived and ordered plaoed on
file.

Communication from tho Diroctor of Highrtays advising the Board that that po~tion of
Primary state Highway No.9, Disoovery Bay vioinity, beginning at a point in the SW~ of
the swt of Section 24; thenoe in a westerly and northerly direction to a point in the
NWt of the mvt of Seotion 24, all in Tovmship 29 North, Range 2 West, W. M. was trans-
ferred to Jefferson County, received gnd ordered placed on file.
Monthly Report of the County Agent reoeived and ordered placed on file.
