On Motion, duly seoonded, the board adjourned to meet on Thursday, August 4,
1938, at 10 o'olook, A. M.
Thursday, August 4, 1938.
The Board reoonvened on the above nmned date at the hour of 10 o'clook, A.
M., with all members present.
The following Resolutions were ungnimously adopted by the Board:
RESOLUTION NO. 53

WHEREAS, it appears to the Board or County Commissioners of Jefferson County,
Washington, that it is to the best interests of the said County and the people thereof
that the hereinafter described real estate, lands and premises aoquired and owned by
said County by virtue of Tax foreclosure sales should be sold.
NOW, THEHEFORE, IT IS ORDERED that all the hereinafter described real estate, lands
and premises are to be sold in the manner prescribed by law, all of the lands, real
estate and premises lying and being in the County of Jefferson and more particularly
described as follows, to-wit:
Lots 1, 2 and 3, Block 58, Pettygrove's 2nd. Minimum price $15.00.
Lots 4, 7 to 15, and 17 to 20, Block 18, Lots 2, 5, 6, 15, 16 and 17, Block 20,
Brackens. Minimum price $100.00.
Lots 1 to 8, Block 38, California. Minimum price $45.00.
Blocks 40, 41 and 42, Dundee. Min~um price $180.00.
Lots 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8, Block 43, T~vnsite of Irondale. Minimum price $30.00.
Lots 13 and 14, Block 145, Irondale. Minimum price $10.00.
All of Blocks 60, 61 and 86 and all of Block 87 except Lots 22, 23 and 24, Irondale.
Minimum price ~~100.00.
Lots 3 and 6, Block 106, Pettygrove's Second. Minimum price $10.00.
Lots 1 and 3, Block 22, Plummer's. Minimum price $100.00.
