\VHEREAS said balance was not included in the County Road budget for 1938, aa
adopted by the Board of COurlty Commissioners, Jefferson County, and
WHEREAS said balance shall be set aside for construction purposes, as a supple-
mental. budget,
BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED, that we the Board of County Commissioners, do r...ereby
set aside the aforesaid sum to be expended for new construction, during the year 1938.
