JEFFERSON COUNTY
Tuead~, September 6, 1938.
The Honorable Board of County Commissioners met in the Commissioners' Room in
the County Court House at Port Townsend, Washington, on the above nwned date at the
,hour of 10 o'clook, A. M.
Present: Messrs. S. Lookhart, Chairman, Roy L. Nordby and J. R. Cousens.
The Minutes of the August, 1938, Sessions read and approved.
Regularly moved and seoonded, that Chimaomn Grmge No. 681 be granted permission
to place an exh1lJi t of the County's produots at the Puyallup Fair. Motion unanimously
passed.
On motion, duly seoonded, the SE;. of the SEt of Seotion 22, Township 29 North,
Rill"'lge 2 West, was rented to Mr. H. C. Brown for e. per-lod of one yeW' at a r-ental of
$5.00 for the term.
Plans and Specifications for Jefferson County C. R. P. No.7, Glen Cove Road, wore
approved by the State Director of Highways, together with estimated cost of $2424.65 for
tl"..e projoct.
Communication from A. J. Forgues praying that a road be construoted in Seotion 30,
Township 27 North, Range 1 West, was referred to the County Engineer..
On Motion, duly seconded, it was ordered that the following Warrants be cancelled
at the request of the County Auditor:
