IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, that the aforesaid described property be, and it hereby is,
dedicatod. to the public for the Uses herein above set forth tor p~k and reoreational pur-
poses, subject to all reasonable rules and regulations made by the Board of County Com-
ndss10ners, as by Statutes provided; sod it is heroby further rosolved that said Board
of Commissioners ,be, and they hereby are, authorized to name said reoreational parkse
