The Minutes of the September, 1938, Se~slon8 read and approved.
A Petition for the location of a County Road to be known as the Shine to South
Point Road, signed by 00 Wo Henningsen and others, was presented by W. R. Hiokso No.
aotion taken at this t1mO.
On Motion, duly aeoonded, a Right of Way over the SW; 01' the NW; of Seotion 20,
Tmvnship 25 No~th, Range 2 West, was granted to Mr. R. W. Kelly for a pe~iod of two
years at a rental for the term of $25.00.
The Board oounted the Cash on Hand in the Treasurer's offioe amounting to $1802.43,
which with a certificate from the First American National Bank showing the amount on hand
to the oredit of Jefferson County, amounting to $B3,800~59, and Port Construotion Fund
of $5,890.50 less outstanding checks of $2,916.00, a total of $88,577.52, end finding it
agreed with the county Treasurer's Quarterly Report, verified the same to be oor~ect.
Letters relative to construction of ro~ds were received from W. F. Paull and Edward
Long. Referred to Engineer.
County Aeent's Monthly Report received'end ordered placed on file.
On Motion, duly 'seconded, the Board adjourned to meet on Tuesday, October 4, 1938,
at 10 o'ClOCk, A. M.
