On motion, duly seoonded, the following Resolutions were unanimously adopted:
RESOLUTION NO. 59
WHEREAS, it is to the best interests of the People of Jefferson County that a por-
tion of the Old Ludlow Rond, known as the Bishop Road, be improved \lnder the County Road
Speoifications, and
WHEREAS, the public interests of the People of Jefferson County demand the jm-

WHEREAS the work to be performed is of a Special Maintenance nature, and
'~IEREAS, the estimated cost os the project ~s $500.00.
BE IT THEREl"ORE RESOLVED that a portion of the Bishop Road in Sections 35-36,Twp.
29 N. R. 1 W., W. M., an approximate distance of 1.0 mile be improved \lnder the provisions
of Chapter 187, Session Laws 01' 1937 and that the sum of ~500.00 be set aside from the
County Road Fund for the purposes aforesaid.
