WHEREAS the available sourse of revenue is not suffioient to oomplete .the oon-
struotion program for the yenr 1938, .~d
WHEREAS suffioient funds are deposited in the F'orest Reserve Fund that may be used
for the purposes af'orean'.dj)
BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED THAT TW!: SUM OF $3134.94 be transferred fronl the
Forest Reserve Fund to the Forest Reserve Road Fund and that the County TreQsurer be
hereby inat~uQted to make aUQh transfer:
