Whereas it is to tho beat interests of the People of Jefferson County that portions
of the Tarboo Valley Road be ~proved under the County Road Specifioations, and
WHEREAS the publio interests of the People of Jefferson CQunty demand the im-
provement and
WlIEnEAS the estimated cost of the improvement is $1800.00,
BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED that the portion of the Tnrboc Valley Rond, beginning in
the NWi of the NWi, Seotion 33, Twp. 28 N. R. 1 Wo, W, M., thenoe in a southeasterly
direction an approximate distanoe of two miles, along the route of the Gxisting road,
be improved under the proviaions of Ohapter 187, Session Laws 1937.
