There was NO public comment
Motion to approve the Sept 18, 2024 Minutes by Heidi E, 2nd by Mark M, motion was approved.
Expenditure Reports by Auditor Brenda Huntingford, documents can be found in Laserfiche
Revenue Reports by Treasurer Stacie Prada, documents can be found in Laserfiche
Resolution for Procedures to Address Financial Stress presented by Administrator Mark McCauley.
Budget Calendar for 2025- Judy is creating the ’25 budget calendar and is considering reducing the number of quarterly
appropriation opportunities by removing the 2nd quarter.
