The newly elected and qualified Board of County COllnn1ss10nors for Jefferson County,
Washington, oonvened aocording to Law in the COll1l1l1ssioners' Room in the County Court
House at Port To.msend, Wa.shington, on the above named date, at the hour of 10 0' cloclc,

Present: Messrs. Roy L. Nordby, Ra.y E. Ammeter and Bortll Kruse.
On mocion duly made and seoonded litr. Roy L. Nordby was elected Chairman of the
Board of County Commissioners for Jefforson County, Washington.
Minutos of the January, 1939, Sessions read and approved.
Bonds of the following officials wel'e exemined end approved: F. A. Pollc, Shariff;
IJiles Bro.n1, Deputy Sheriff; Paul W. Thiele, Treasurer; Paul M. Richardson, Auditor;
J. J. BishOp, Assessor; Ray E. .A1maeter, COlmnissioner; Bertil Kruse, COllU1l1ss1oner;
David E. lUlea, Prosecuting Attorney; F. O. Meeker, Wm. A. Thompson and R. E. Vose,
Justices of the Peace.
The following Resolution was unanimOUSly adopted:

jects over and above the estimated amounts provided for such projects, and
