WHEREAS the Board of County Commissioners have deemed it wise to oarry on a
progrron of publio park oonstruotion and improvement, and
WHEREAS in order to partioipate in the Works Progress Administration program
toward the construotion of the said parks, it was neoessary to start this work in
the year 1938, and
ir.HEREAS it was neoessary to mwce disbursements in the amount of $340.36 'as
sponsor's contributions, and
WHEREAS aaid disbursements wore made from Road Distriot No. 1 Funds, as Qn tm-
