WHERF~ it is to the best 1nteres~s of the People of Jefferson County that the West
Chimacum Valley Road be improved under the County Road Speoifioations, and,
WHEREAS the public interests of the People of Jefferson County demand the improve-
ment, and
WHEREAS, the estimated cost of the projeot is $320.0..0.0,
BE IT THEREFORE RES.oLVED that the West Chima cum Valley Road be improved from the in-
tersection with the Port Tmvnsend-Port Ludlow Road, thenoe along the existing road a
d1st~~ce of 105 miles to the swt ~~~. Seotion 15; Twp: 29 N: R: 1 Eo; W. M.; QS provided
,
under the provisions of Chapter 187, Session Laws of 1937, and that the sum of $320.0.0.0
be set aside from the County Road Fund for the purposes aforesaid.

2 W, ther.ce in a westerly direction an approximate distance of 35.0.0 feet terminating
in Lot 1, Section 23, Twp. 3.0 N R 2 W., W. M., as provided under provisions of Chapter
187, Session Laws of 1937, and that the swm of $14.0.0..0.0 be set aaide for the purposes
afore said.
