Notice was roceived of the acceptance of the County Bid for the old Cle~rater School property for ~425.0p and ordered paid. Bid of the Leader Co. for county prirlting for 1939-194.0 accepted as follows: First insertion 60t per inch and Second insertion 45P! pOl' inch Communication received from Mrs. Ruth 13uhtz and !;lrs. Northup rolative to holding Sunday School at the old Clearwater School House. ~1ey were assured they would be permitted to continue to hold aame. Communication received from Washi~gton Golden Jubilee, Tacoma, Washington rel- ative to a float for Jefferson County ~n their parade in July. The decision to have a County float was approved. Communication from l"red J. Foster,: RegionaJ. Director, rela.tive to the river con- ditions at the Quilcene Hatchery road and referred to County EneineerQ Mr. Halvorsen appeared before the:Board relative to more assistance for two John Donovan of Quilcene and it was ordered his allowance be increased to $15.00 per month. , . The agreement with the St. John's :Hospital for the care of County Indigents was. SiGned and ordered filed.
