BE IT RESCLVED by the City Counoil of the City of Port Townsend;
That the City Clerk file an applioation on behalf of said City for the purohase of
that oertain ten aore traot aoquired by the County of Jefferson through tax foreolosure,
olU'round1ng or abbutting upon the present gorbage dump of the. City of Port To\'msend; and
that the prioe to be offered therefor be the sum of .one (~~l.CC) Dollar.
Adopted this 11th day of July, 1939.
